Claims handling policy
Direct contacts are the main and most preferred way to resolve disputes between the editors, authors and third parties in the process of reviewing and preparing articles for publication, as well as in relation to already published articles. If you have any complaints or claims, you must report them to the editor-in-chief of the journal in writing to the journal’s e-mail vestnik-kpds@mail.ru.
The letter must indicate the controversial issue, the circumstances, the name of the author, and the title of the article in relation to which the claims are made. Individuals or organizations submitting complaints to the editors of the journal on certain issues must be sure that these complaints will be considered within a reasonable time. Editors will follow the journal's accepted publication ethics when reviewing complaints and disputes.
Article retraction policy
In some cases, the editors of the journal may decide to withdraw the article (retract).
Reasons for retracting an article:
• detection of plagiarism in an article, including detection of borrowings of figures, graphs, tables, etc., if the fact of plagiarism became obvious after publication of the article;
• the emergence of claims regarding copyright of the article or its individual parts from third parties;
• detection of the fact that an article was published in another publication before the date of its publication in the journal;
• the presence of serious errors in the published article that cast doubt on its scientific value.
В In such circumstances, the editors of the journal initiates an investigation, as a result of which the article may be withdrawn from publication. An act of retraction of the article from publication is drawn up and signed by the editor-in-chief. A copy of the act is sent to the author of the article.
In this case, the article is not physically removed from the published edition and the issue file on the website. The editors publish a statement about the retraction of the article with its placement on the corresponding page of the issue contents on the official website of the Journal.
The editors of the Journal will carefully and responsibly consider all reasoned requests regarding violations detected in published materials.
The editors consider that is the responsibility of the author and reviewer to inform the editors as quickly as possible about missed errors and violations that they identified after the publication of the article.
